Inteligência Artificial nas Relações Sociais nas Smart Cities

Resumo

Resumo: Com a expansão da utilização da Inteligência Artificial na contemporaneidade, novos casos jurídicos surgem através dos conflitos digitais ou oriundos desse meio. Através de uma revisão bibliográfica e baseando-se nas leis, ou na falta delas no caso do Brasil, o presente estudo visa demonstrar as mudanças sociais ocorridas através da tecnologia nas relações sociais e também no meio jurídico.

Abstract: Due to the expansion of the use of Artificial Intelligence in the contemporary area, new juridical cases are risen because of digital conflicts or those native from this area. This study was done by a bibliographic revision and basing on the law, or in this specific case, in its gap. This study aim to demonstrate the change in social relationships  and in the juridical field which were caused by technology.
